The City of Black Jack Park has two restrooms, five drinking fountains, tennis courts, pavilions, etc and other water lines in the Harold J. Evangelista Park, located at 13755 Old Jamestown Road, in the City of Black Jack, Mo.
The City is requesting a written quote to winterize the total water line system at the park. “Turn off’ the water and drain the water lines to make it safe for the winter months. The contractor will check for all minor leaks and will correct those items as part of the project.
Please advise the maximum total cost. The total cost of this work will not exceed this amount. All this “turn off” work is to be completed by November 6, 2014.
The bonded and qualified contractor will complete all this work. The contractor is to furnish an applicable insurance certificate prior to the start of the work. The contractor must comply with the Prevailing Wage Rate provision and other Statutory Regulations as referenced in the applicable laws.
The City will charge $1.00 for permit fee, but contractor to comply with all application and insurance requirements.
