[ARCHIVED] City of Black Jack enters into contract to develop a Master Plan for the future.

As the City of Black Jack enters into it’s 45th year as an incorporated municipality , City Officials are taking the necessary steps to maintain the momentum that it has have been able to build over the past several decades. As 2015 starts, the City has entered into a contract with Streiler Planning, LLC to develop a plan for the future development of the City. The previous master plan was produced in 1997.

The development process will start in March and take about a year to complete and will include a review of the potential development for the city. It will look into previous and current projects and attempt to develop a plan for the future. The plan will be developed from data defined by the residents of the City. Residents will be asked to participate in the process and to define what they would like the City to look like in the next 10-20 years.
