Along with his varied industry experience, Bill served as:
•Councilman and Mayor of Berkeley, MO,
•Commissioner with the Board of Elections Commission for St. Louis County (State Confirmed)
•Commissioner State of Missouri’s Housing Development Commission. (State Confirmed)
His industry background includes:
•Arbitration-HR Consultancy – Arbitrator-Consultant related to Employee-Labor relations, Mediation (employee-management disputes), Regulatory Investigations.
*Higher Education – Associate Vice Chancellor of Human Resources with general oversight of systemwide HR administration.
*Missouri State Government – Appointed by the Governor and confirmed by the Senate as Division Director to head the state’s Department of Personnel.
*Healthcare – Vice President Human Resources- Had direct responsibility for all employee Grievance-Hearings (union and non-union), Training, Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits and Performance Improvement programs.
*Manufacturing – Responsible for the hiring and issue mitigation. His primary focus was in Employee Relations, investigating various employee complaints/grievances.
Bill received his Bachelors in Aeronautics and his Master’s in Business Management, Certifications in Employee Relations Law, Certified by Federal Mediation and Conciliatory Services (FMCS) in Arbitration.
